We offer return/replacement of Products ordered on www.pretme.com within 15 days of delivery of the order. However, certain products specified as “Non-Returnable” on the Website in the Product description, for which we do not offer return/replacement. Please check if the item is eligible for return or not at the time of purchase.
We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. Pret Me holds absolute right and discretion to accept the returned products and initiate the refund process.
All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
We endeavour to process your refunds within a maximum of 15-20 business days from the date the returned product clears the Quality Control. However, the refund is subject to the transaction and processing time taken by the bank after the payment process is initiated. In case of any refund discrepancies, we may at our sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement. It is to be noted that we hold absolute right and discretion to accept the returned products and initiate the refund process.
Refund may be refused if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour that entitles us to a claim against you. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
- If you have paid for the order using bank account/credit card/debit card, then the refunded amount gets credited to your bank/credit card account within a maximum of 15 business days from the date of clearance of refunded products by our Quality Control.
- If you have paid for the order using Cash, then the amount gets refunded to your Pret Me account within 07-10 business days from date of product clearing Quality Control in the form of credits which can be further used for purchase of products from www.pretme.com. For reference it is being cleared that 1 Credit shall be equal to 1 INR.
An exchange of purchased products shall be allowed within 15 days from the date of purchase of the product. Once request for exchange has been registered on our website our delivery / logistic partner shall pick up the product only from the address the product was originally delivered within a maximum of 15 days.
Our Logistic Partners shall make three attempts to pick up the Product/s. If the item is not picked up in the third attempt, the return request shall be considered complete at our end. In that scenario, you can raise a fresh Return request in case you are eligible. For more details, please email your requests at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For refunds in case you have purchased any Products during an offer or a scheme, you shall be entitled to a refund of the actual total amounts paid by you. Shipping charges for the Products are non-refundable. Refund shall be initiated once your order is picked up & checked for quality.
